Volt was an Istanbul-based tech startup that connects any car owner driving in the city with passengers going in the same direction at the same time.
Volt has set out to bring a solution to traffic in Istanbul. After realizing that the majority of seats in traffic are empty, we thought there must be way to improve the quality of life in Istanbul.
Volt was a small team of 8 and I was the only Designer in the team. In this case, I was able to dedicate in every project. With Volt, I had a chance to build a product from 0 to 1 and iterate the product from 1 to 100. In this project, I observed user’s behaviors, discussed product strategy, Individually designed the branding and UI, wrote function and UI spec for iOS and Android developers. Worked closely with PMs, engineers and stakeholders to define the prioritization and vision.
